If you’re designing a piece of furniture or millwork around a hidden TV, the lift is the part that has to be exactly right — the wrong travel or footprint means reworking the cabinet. Tono manufactures the lift mechanism and builds to your specification: your opening, your travel height, your VESA and weight requirements. Because we’re the manufacturer, custom sizes aren’t a special order — they’re routine.
Every mechanism is load-tested to its rated TV weight and runs under 50 dB.
Mechanisms to Specify From
Our standard pop-up columns (TL series) cover 32”–98” TVs from 40–100 kg, with travel from 710 mm up to 2680 mm and VESA support to 600×400. Where the standard range doesn’t fit the cabinet, we build to drawing.

Send us the cabinet opening, the TV model, and the travel you need. We confirm the right mechanism (or quote a custom build), supply mounting details and cut dimensions, and ship DDP to the US with duties handled. Trade and volume pricing available.
