Every price on our US pages is in US dollars and is your price — there’s no separate currency conversion or distributor markup. You’re buying from the manufacturer.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Your Tono product ships from our manufacturing facility in India on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. That means we handle export, freight, import duties, and customs clearance, and the price you agree is the delivered price — no surprise fees when it arrives.
Delivery timelines
Larger units ship by sea and arrive in approximately 7–8 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
Warranty
Every Tono lift is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers the motor, lift mechanism, and controller, with repair-in-place support from our US line.
