A flip-down TV lift is hinged: the screen folds down from a ceiling or high-wall position into view, and folds back flush when you’re done. “With drop” models add a vertical extension, so the TV can start at the ceiling and finish at comfortable eye level — ideal over a fireplace, in a bedroom, or in a media room with a high ceiling. Rotation models angle the screen toward the seating.

How It Works
The TV mounts to the hinged bracket. One button folds it down (and, on “drop” models, extends it lower); rotation models turn toward the seating. It folds fully back when off. RS485 / dry contact integration supported.
