Occupancy follows experience, and the Homestay Series is designed to be the experience: floor-to-ceiling glazing facing the view, insulated comfort through summer and monsoon, private decks, and two-storey formats with roof terraces that command premium tariffs. Eight models span the 5.8 m TC-H3 twin pod that maximises keys per acre through 9 m deck cabins to stacked and bridge configurations that become a property’s signature units.
Factory-built units mean fixed per-key cost, predictable phased delivery, and a 10-cabin property opening in a fraction of conventional construction time. Cladding and interiors can be themed per property; clusters are planned with decking, walkways and services as one package.
